ABOUT US

Having coached over 150 Dealerships since the early 80’s we have seen it all, and experienced a lot! We now have the privilege of helping dealerships not make the mistakes that we have been through and show them the correct way through solidified policies and procedures that are measurable and attainable. 

In 2016 we undertook the responsibility of overseeing the operations of 73 dealerships situated across the United States. Over those years, we have embarked on a weekly travel schedule, engaging with Dealership Managers, and Staff, collaborating closely to achieve performance objectives that so many dealerships never knew they could do!! With fostering the development of their respective teams, and becoming a true partner.

  • Keep in mind all onsite visits require an exit meeting to include all levels of management for the department of being helped.
